I’ve had to refasten the tortoiseshell chain a couple of times. Overall, it’s a beautiful purse and I love using it.

As advertised. Sleek large tote with excellent inside pockets and features. Durable so far. I LOVE the stand feet in particular. This is my new everyday office bag. I've only had it for 2 weeks but it goes with me everywhere. We shall see how durable it is but so far it's a beautiful bag and I'm so happy with it on my arm or at my desk or out and about running errands.
I love love love this bag. But when you want to extend the bag to hold notebooks or books, the zipper is in the way. It is right in the middle of the bag and makes it impossible to carry anything larger than my planner. It's a bit frustrating and I'm thinking of just cutting it out. So, just a warning if you want to use it for tablets or anything.
