Returning Merchandise Back to Pixie Mood Online Store
You can return regular priced merchandise postmarked within 14 days from delivery for a refund and within 30 days from delivery for a store credit. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable and a return fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges and FINAL SALE items cannot be returned.
If you received a FREE product, such as sample or gift with your purchase, it must be included with your returns. Pixie Mood reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund owed to the customer if it is not included in the return to us.
All merchandise eligible for return must be new, unused and in their original protective packaging with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.
All on sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. This includes any items purchased at a sale price or during online promotions.
Please note: If purchase was made through a retailer or 3rd party website other than PIXIE MOOD, please contact retailer directly about their return policy.
Directions for Returning Items
1. Please contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected] with the following information.
• Order number
• Reason of return
• Item(s) to return
We will respond within 3-5 days business days.
2. Once your return/request has been processed, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
3. Place item(s) and packing slip in an appropriately sized package and seal securely. Do not fold or crease bag.
4. Print and adhere Return Shipping Label onto package and drop it off to courier within 14 days.
Please allow 7-10 business days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect the transaction on your account and the credit will appear in your next statement.

U.S. Customer Returns
If a customs and duty form is required, please declare the items as “Defective Canadian Goods Return” and a value of $0, as Pixie Mood does not accept packages that require customs duty and taxes.
We will notify you via email when the return is received. Refunds will be refunded in the original form of payment. Once your return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for your account to be credited. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Pixie Mood is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please note that any returns received that do not comply with this policy will be shipped back to you.
