Returning Merchandise Back to Pixie Mood Online Store

Complimentary returns on all regular priced items within 14 days from the date the order is delivered. Return for store credit within 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

All items must be unworn and in original packaging. There should be no visible signs of wear.

All sale and clearance items will be final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned exception applied to mid-season sale items. This includes any items purchased at a sale price and items purchased during online promotions.

If a product was purchased from an independent retailer, please contact the same retailer to inquire about their refund policy.

Directions for Returning Items

Send an email to [email protected] with reason of return along with the order number requesting for a refund.  We will respond within 3 – 5 business days with a return (RA) number and a pre-paid shipping label.

After getting confirmation from us, please pack and seal your return items securely (in the original package if possible).  Please send the package with the RA number marked on the outside of the package.

No returns will be accepted without a return number issued by our office.

U.S. Customer Returns

If a customs and duty form is required, please declare the items as “Defective Canadian Goods Return” and a value of $0, as Pixie Mood does not accept packages that require customs duty and taxes.

We will notify you via email when the return is received. Refunds will be refunded in the original form of payment. Once your return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for your account to be credited. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Pixie Mood is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please note that any returns received that do not comply with this policy will be shipped back to you.
