How do I file a Warranty Claim?
The first step is to reach out to our Support Team by emailing us at support@pixiemood.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim".
To better assist you, please kindly provide us with the following:
- Your order number
- A picture showing the problematic area(s)
- A picture showing the front of the bag in full so we may accurately identify style and colorway
- Description of the damage
All warranty claims must be filed through the place of purchase, if your product was purchased from a retailer we kindly recommend reaching out to the retailer directly as they may file a claim on your behalf.
