To cancel your order, please log into your account, navigate to “Orders” and select “Send Cancel Request”.

If you did not check out with a registered account, please reach out to us as soon as possible by clicking the Support icon at the bottom right of the page, selecting "I need to update or cancel an order” and providing the requested information. 

We can also be reached by email at support@pixiemood.com with your order number and state “Cancellation Request" in the subject line.

We will review your request and do our best to cancel your order prior to shipping.

Please note that if your order has been shipped, we are unable to refund shipping costs and request you follow the Return Steps.
