Can I get a price adjustment?
Price adjustments are permitted only when an item has been marked down on our website within a week of purchase.
For price adjustments, please reach out to us by clicking the Support icon at the bottom right of the page, clicking the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page or by email at support@pixiemood.com
Please include the following:
- Your order number
- The product you are requesting the adjustment on
Items where price adjustments have been made, will be final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.
Please note that price adjustments will not be made for Flash Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing day.
As each retailer is an individual business, we also do not do price matching for retailer partners. If you would like a price adjustment for a product purchased from a local retailer, please reach out to them directly.
